This is a 12" x 15" Tama concert tom. I'm pretty sure this is a Metalic White Imperialstar Saturn concert tom, as per this Tama catalog page (note the color shown is Platina not Metalic White):

The following pictures make it look like it has a blue hue, but the tom is definitely not blue; it's just some artifact of the camera or flash I'm using. The serial number, which is apparently mostly useless, is 065646. It's missing the lugs, the tension rods and the rim. It has Tama's inside coating (ZOLA?), but seems to be real wood underneath (see the one "dent" on the bottom). This drum is decent shape. It has a few dings and scratches on the finish. The bearing edge is in great shape, and the wrap is tight.
