CORRUPT DESTRUCT (inspiration:  hackers and the rumor that a dude in Canada hacked the grid and brought it down – Northeast blackout of 2003)

LEAD

Corrupters of the system, bringing it south

Evil code wages war, most not knowing how

Underground, inner world, legions that compromise

Any system is a target that they decide they despise

From simple minds, simple code and copycats

To genius minds, genius code, indefensible attacks

An army in darkness that rarely sees the sun

Hacking is not a job, it’s something just for fun

CHOURS

Corrupt destruct

Hack the port, breech the duct

Corrupt destruct

Unsecure, system fucked

The grid was attacked but they won’t come clean

Claiming a line out failure which no one has seen

Instead it was some geniuses up near the northern states

Lining up the next one, they just sit back and wait

A few days later, they hit London too

Same power company, think the public has no clue?

Bringing systems offline, with a key stroke or two

Everything on computers, a hacker’s dream come true

CHORUS

LEAD

Microsoft has fueled this activity

Centralized software to hack, is the key

If everyone runs it, then everyone is screwed

If they compromise others, they can compromise you
